Ahh
Ahh never really paid much more attention than "Oh look, it's December which is why there's snow everywhere..." that having been said, I've played SK more this year than the two past so maybe I'm just noticing what I didn't before, cheers.
It started December 12th last year, and December 12th the year before. You can check here and here if you want to see for yourself.
However, it seems that from the recent Dark Harvest event that it might be shorter and/or delayed.
