Increase Winmillion's charge attack speed

The most lackluster charge attack for the time spent in the charge attack wind-up animation. For a weapon that is all about speed, sure has a really slow charge attack and the time spent in the charge attack is not sufficient for the utility/damage.

  • Drop the Winmillion charge attack wind-up animation by half and call it a day.

I make you black, bluue, and red all over

I do agree that the charge on winmillion is bad in that the speed is too slow. And if u shield cancel too soon, the projectile does not fire which is something I also think needs to be changed.

However, I don't see this happening until it gets a 5* version. OOO probably thinks that no one cares about the sword enough for them to fix it, since it's only 4*.

@Dibsville
I am not talking about the most lackluster charge attack in terms of comparison to the regular attack (or whatever thing you're thinking about). I'm solely talking about resultant effect of charge attack over charge attack animation time; excluding the charge up time.
Pulsar's charge attack deals more damage, is effective at any range, and doesn't take a long time to complete. Winmillion's charge attack deals ~350? damage, but only effective at half block range, and has a long charge up time. The charge bullet has the potential to hit ~300 damage when hitting an enemy at the edge of its range, but that's highly unlikely, and more likely to only get ~100-200 damage off of the charge bullet on an enemy.

"And if u shield cancel too soon, the projectile does not fire which is something I also think needs to be changed."
I am fairly certain that the fact that you can shield-cancel it, also accounts for why you can aim the charge attack bullet, much like you can aim or shield-cancel the final hit of a Cutter charge attack. Removing the ability to shield-cancel the charge attack would probably remove the ability of the Winmillion to aim the charge bullet.

"OOO probably thinks that no one cares about the sword enough for them to fix it, since it's only 4*."
True. When OOO removed Winmillion having a forward-moving first strike, they justified it as "putting it in line with the other swords" or something, and the players' response wasn't great enough to incite any sort of fixes.

There are way more problems with the Spur line than just the charge attack, sadly. I don't think this would do much for it, unless it makes it radically, hilariously OP. Which would be a bad way to make it popular.

Well, better take the problems one at a time. For me, having multiple suggestions within a suggestion thread always makes it very difficult to have a meaningful discussion (I are terribru at making clear suggestions).

"I don't think this would do much for it, unless it makes it radically, hilariously OP"
As I said before, the Winmillion half-block AOE slash is only ~350 damage, while the LHB/Levi deals ~200 damage (I don't remember) with the possibility of hitting 3 times that damage, has a larger swinging area of effect, and currently has a much faster charge attack animation (If you're using the Winmillion for the close-range charge attack, the bullet misses all the time, so the charge bullet is irrelevant in this comparison with the Levi). This change would help bring it up to par (somewhat) and then with another re-evaluation of its usage, we can see what else needs or needs not to be tweaked.

Shard Bomb update for Winmillions.....................................................................................................................................

Anyways just adding a 5* weapon to the alchemy line will not fix a problem with its flaws.
