Like Hahn the annoying Biotech.
Why not have more talking with those annoyi- I mean helpful NPC's?
you mean never-dying mecha knights that mess with your aim and do everything to kill you indirectly?
Kora, Feron, Hahn, Biscotti (Hey can you taste this sou-Why are you running away? I didn't put Chromalisk liver in this time! Honest. Only Wolver toe.), and so on.
Like that useless guy who sits around in the Bazaar and fails at fixing a Mecha Knights for years.
I see what you're getting at... it would be fun to have the ability to randomly talk to Feron and other people.
...flirt with Kozma or flatter Bechamel?
I kid, of course. But this would actually put some interesting ties into the game, allowing knights to do stuff in their spare time instead of just endlessly wondering around in Haven, doing that spin technique.
Sort of like in other RPGs; you can talk to anyone and just have a general conversation with them, or have a conversation that'll impact your reputation, whether positively or negatively, which will change the way people see you.

Since he has that Mecha Knight working when you ascend to Vanguard rank, I'd say he does fix them eventually =D
This is a big problem with Missions, since they were meant to give a more fleshed-out story to the game; currently the supporting cast (I.E. not you or your non-NPC friends) is totally one-dimensional and only serve to make running gags and narrate the plot.
If there was a way to actually talk to them like they weren't one-dimensional... I'd like that.
I'd give it a +1/2. or a +0.5 for for all you decimal lovers out there.
Don't get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with your idea. It would be a warm welcome even. It's just, I would be a bit peeved if OOO spent their time and resources on something like this instead the more larger, game changing updates. But if it came along with the arcade redux as simply an add-on patch, then go for it.
You mean like more missions, or random talking in haven that achieves nothing story-wise?
