Hm, I can't actually give a price, but this sword probably wouldn't be that popular with swordies, since they would probably already being using sword damage bonuses that would make the Undead high useless, and since this is a slow sword ASI is prefered to CTR. And swordies who use a lot of charge attacks are probably already using chaos armor or trinkets to give them CTR for all their swords (mostly brandishes lol).

However, a "poorer" person might like it if he or she doesn't have the crowns/energy for trinkets and trinket slots. Also, a gunner or bomber might like it as a sidearm since their bonuses would be going towards guns or bombs. However, a sword that is mostly useful for charge attacks might no be the best utility sword for a bomber, too similar to what the bomber already has.

TL,DR: Really rich people/swordies probably won't want it, market to others.
