Hey, not so new here but that is not the point.
Im here to ask about the small metal shields after a mission is completed.
The ones that are Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

What do they mean?

What do they do?
Question 3:
How do you get it?(Like completing a mission and getting one of those small shields on the mission.)
How to get:
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Right. Bronze is for Normal, silver is for Advanced, and gold is for Elite. The shield you see is for the highest difficulty level, on which you have completed the mission.
The shields serve no practical purpose, other than helping you to keep track of what you've done. I mean, you don't get any kind of reward for having a lot of gold shields, or anything like that.
You get that warm and fuzzy feeling that you did it on a harder diff.
they just mean what level you completed the mission on. bronze for normal and so on.
