I joined a group on depth 21. They promptly left. I solo'd depth 21 and 22. When I arrived at Basil, all his recipes have zero quantity so I can't buy the one I want. What is going on?

But Haven Expansion announcement only said "an entire floor."
My friend and I were stumped by this yesterday, too. She joined me at D11 and couldn't buy any advanced items from Basil at D13. This surprised us, because the Haven Expansion announcement says...
"You will not be able to purchase 2+ star items from a terminal vendor if you have not completed an entire floor before reaching the terminal."
Isn't D12 "an entire floor"? Isn't D21? As things stand, what's happening doesn't sound like what the developers announced.

It was originally 21 too, I definitely joined a few games at 21 when the patch came out. Seems like they changed it to combat the influx in recipe prices? perhaps, make it even a little harder to get to? I don't really know, but now you have to join at lvl 20, which is technically 2 whole levels before 23. Seems like the change was snuck in with really no mention of it, unless it was an accident?

Since the change isn't announced anywhere, I'm going to bug report it next time I log on. If they intended that change, they should have announced it; and if they didn't, they'll want to know.
