This could work, the way Fangel explained it. Add Forever Love Puppy masks to the boxes as well, with like a 1~3% chance of obtaining one. They could also do something with the uplink, where you could send Valentines letters to other players for free (as long as there is no item attached) and the letters would be colored and designed differently from normal uplinks.
Also, I hope this lovely armor is a costume set for this event, and not an entirely new armor with stats and everything. Because that would just be pointless.
Lovely armor could have a primary of pink, secondary of white, and a third color of red. Prize boxes would be available in the supply depot for 1400 energy or more, and could include chances for lovely accessories. We could also receive heart confetti that creates a vertical seraphynx heart attack heart rune.
All standard colors and accessories. I would pitch in about ten dollars for a promotion like this.
