So, I was watching Blueflood's video(the one where he hits 18k gunning), and I noticed one of the people he was facing was small in comparison to others. Unless Blueflood aimed ahead of him, he could not hit him. Does this mean that the smaller you are, the smaller the hitbox?
Is being small an advantage?

I'm pretty sure that's just your perception, and that the hitbox size doesn't change.
From the wiki- "This is purely a visual change and does not affect gameplay."

Nope
When I use my alchemers, I always have to aim far ahead of the target - even the point of contact of the projectile is in front of the enemy.
No. Size has no bearing on your hitbox, or else everybody in LD would be small/very small.
