I ended the giveaway early due to inactivity. I appreciated all responses, but unfortunately I only have a limited number of prizes. May everyone have a wonder rest of the year!

WINNER: Tevo
For the Mystery Prize
Is it better to give or to receive?
1. If you picked "give": Send me (Auto-Target) a present of your choice. Choose carefully because your gift is considered as part of your response.
2. If you picked "receive": What makes a good person? Do you consider yourself a good person?
WINNER: Art
One person can only win one scarf, but definitely respond to each to maximize your chances! I will judge responses based on how unique and thoughtful they are. There are no right or wrong answers, but I'm interested in your serious thoughts. Cheesy and trollish answers will not be worth much.
If you don't feel comfortable sharing something with everyone on the forums, you can send me an in-game message. If you don't even feel comfortable sharing it with me, then obviously you shouldn't! :P
Be creative! Your response does not have to be in essay form, or even in words. It just has to reflect your thoughts on the prompt.
Also, state your IGN if it's not the one you're using on the forums.
Thanks for all the nice replies! I forgot to mention the event will end on New Year's day. I have a feeling I'm going to have trouble picking a winner!
Holly Scarf
If I had 1 billion U.S/Euro I would use 250,000 on Woman's rights to help support them through those extremely rough times.
I would use 250,000 getting shelter and education for the African Children who can barely even afford to buy food and get water.
I would use 400,000 on the disabled children to help give them a "Spark of hope" for the future.
For the other 100,000 I would keep it for my family to help make use of it. (On food, education, etc)
My knight name is Greywolfrb (Just a reminder)

If I received a billion crowns from him, I would probably... mm... spend half first for myself (Been selfish :D) and hopefully get most high-end gears/accessories in the game; The rest of the crowns would most probably be given away to many players in SK, since a billion is way too much for anyone.
If I really did receive a billion U.S. dollars, I would first exchange them into Australian dollars :3 Because U.S.D is rather not useful for people who live in Australia xD. Then with most of the money(99.99999%), I will most definitely use them on stuff not-SK related. Maybe donating them to those in need of help? Maybe giving them to hospitals/the poor? xD Then in that 0.00001%, which is still a lot, some of them will be spent to support OOO (I'm nice :D), and the rest, if I still have any, will definitely go to those cool accessories :D (Mmm wings).
The most important thing to remember during the holidays, is probably that it's summer in Australia and there will be no sitting in front of the warm fireplace, enjoying the atmosphere and the roast turkey, as one would boil to death most certainly within 5 minutes (In Aus).
Thanks :D

Suppose you received one billion (that's 1,000,000,000) crowns from Impostoclaus this winter. What would you do with it?
-Buy some radiants to heat up all my 5* gears to lvl10.
-buy a BKC from the AH
-donate the rest to my guild Ultima so they can make a room specially for me with a nice bed, some book shelfsand a stash of cookies, they can decide what to do with the remaining crs.

Suppose you received one billion U.S dollars/Euros from Santa this winter. What would you do with it?
-I will put them into a bank and start a scholarship foundation of my own, the name of that award is sir Midnight's nobody reward, the reward will go to a normal student who tried to be good at the thing he/she enjoyed in the school but never become the best at it, someone in the school is always better than them. The nobody scholarship goes to a student who wants his/her dream come true but no matter how hard they worked, they are always the second/third best.
-I will give a small portion of that money to some struggling youtubers who wants to make a living out of youtube but never had enough subscribers or views to make it to the top. I will give some of the money to nostolgic critic, auzzie gamer and probably bottonmash, who is right now jobless and is making SK contents.

What is the most important thing to remember about the holiday season? Why is this season special (or not special, if that is the case) to you?
-in New zealand, yes, I live right next to kenalien. We don't celebrate Xmas much, but this is the best time in the season, no rain, sun can hang on in the sky until 7pm, it is nice down here, everytime when I feel the wind blows across my skin I know I was right where I belong.
Mystery prize (stuff it, I am going for gold!)

A good peron huh? A good person is:
-the one who will reach out to those who are in their darkest hour
-the one who stands before those who are too weak to protect themselves
-the one who fears no termination, diversity and new things
-the one who tries his/her best to make the most out of their life, not just to waste it in a rollercoaster train
-the one who passes more than just their DNAs to the next generation
Am I a good person? No, I am as far away from my vision of a good person as possible, there are two person in my mind, a boy and a girl, they are twins. The boy is named 'Q' and the girl is named 'X'. Q is a timid, positive and shy while X is calm, ruthless and cruel. They fought each other in an endless battle, they hated each other for their differences and they always seek the destroy the other, they were so equally matched, trading blows for blows. Each one of them possess some of my good but also bad personal qualities. And the war raged betweened them kept me in the neutral. In another word, I am neither a good person or bad peron.
Q: "You know you can do it! Don't give up!"
X: "You will always fail no matter how hard you tried!"
Q: "You already give it all you got! I know you failed but atleast you tried."
X: "You will never win, not until you give it your 120%!"
Q: "Life have so much to offer! Don't waste it!"
X: "Life is nothing but a long and painful death, make sure you make as many people suffer along the way as you can."
Q: "You know what is the right thing to do."
X: "Make you own choices in life! Destroy all those who make you do otherwise!"
Q: "Freedom and control must kept in balance, one must not overwhelm the other."
X: "The world is black and white, just do what you think is right."
Q: "You are hero..."
X: "Good, but you could have done better..."
Q: "Midnight's IGN is the same as his forum name!"
X: "Midnight-Dj is the dumbest name I have ever heard."

If the bloody jelly with the undigested parts of Colonel Sanderson would dump a BILLION crowns on my lap, I'd have to dump that BILLION into emptying the CE market. Once I've got a massive amount of CE, I'd resell it not for more expensive prices (as greed dictates to some during that Flash Sale), but for a LOT CHEAPER, preferably back down to the 6k~7k range. As I was "growing up" in Spiral Knights, so to speak, my progress was halted often because of endless grinding for more and more CE. I find it that CE is now being used much, much more often than ever before since the pricey introduction of revivals and rarities. Though we Vanguards and T3 veterans with our prestige badges are not affected heavily by these revolutionary changes, the majority of the other players have had a massive upheaval in the way of stocking CE to spend. As I had predicted before, CE prices jumped up and are staying considerably high (a 33~% increase in average trade price). I want to make CE cheap and accessible so that our new players won't have to be "locked" into Knight Elite or Defender Elite rank as long as I have, which was pretty much an entire year of grinding. And though crafting doesn't utilize mist anymore and travel is free, easing the magnitude of the task of ranking up will definitely put our future generations forward. Existing Vanguards would use this chance to stockpile for the new Gunner Update and post-Vanguard missions, while non-vanguards can be able to move forward. Less time grinding, and more time playing? Don't mind if I do.
And that extra money? I'll save it to do the same thing again. And again. And AGAIN.

Suppose I got the billion USD from St. Nicholas.
Suppose I dumped this into aeroponics, solar energy, and genetics in crops. Forget about space, forget about debts, forget about all of that.
I am tired of hearing that we live in a world that cannot sustain that. True it is at this moment, we still try to help each other, donating food at charities, pouring resources into areas that need it more than we do. But if we can't rectify the problem that we just lack resources to help even us first-world countries get by, then I'd rather be the benefactor of revolutionary tech that would be used to sustain us for generations to come. Our world is only getting smaller, and so we have to make the best of our space. Aeroponics saves room for more crops to be produced. Solar energy, if advanced enough for higher efficiency, can replace fossil fuels. Bred plants that can survive certain conditions, such as the dry terrain of Africa and Australia, would be able to bring a higher yield for those countries, and give a massive blow to world hunger.
I'd rather see humanity advance than have a lifetime of earthly pleasures. Even for the selfish reward of pride I get when I know I'm helping, I'd do it.

The most important aspect of this holiday season is defined only by the people who celebrate it. As the majority of us do, I think the most important part of the holiday season is just living to celebrate it. Freak accidents, storms of all kinds, the hordes of holiday sales brawlers, the idiots who jeer at others for believing a great man would come to the world, and a lot of everything else has to be faced before we can celebrate. In preparation, we somehow get by all that just in time for Christmas. I think that even for an hour one can celebrate life and enjoy the holidays can make a good difference. Even if it's a quiet hymnal hummed by the homeless that live under the bridge, or the final wreath of thousands around your estate, preparation is always the big thing for holidays.

IGN : Antworker

I'm doing this just to express myself when Impostoclause gives me 1 Billion cr. I will give my gulidmates what they want for Christmas and their B-Day, just to let them feel happy and also donate the rest to my gulid treasury :D

Suppose you received one billion (that's 1,000,000,000) crowns from Impostoclaus this winter. What would you do with it?
*There's some fairly rare stuff I've been wanting to get for myself and Sol, so there's that. Turn a big chunk of it into energy so that I can buy Radiants and Prize Boxes and stuff as they come out ... and a lot would go into hosting more contests (because I don't have the finances to do any more without turning to donations. XD). Maybe even expand the scope and frequency of them.
Suppose you received one billion U.S dollars/Euros from Santa this winter. What would you do with it?
*First things first, pay off my mortgage and student loans, 'cause I owe the U.S. Dept of Education far too much money. Then pay off whatever debts my and Sol's families have and make sure everyone there is comfortable. Buy a new house, because our current one is a bit lacking in storage space for people with hobbies that require a lot of stuff ... the current house would be updated and remodeled to be used as a rental property. Two new cars, because we only have one right now that works and it's an old piece of junk. An extensive college fund for Lydia, since it may as well sit around gaining interest for another 14 years, and then some investments. Sol wants a game store, so he can sell comics and RPGs, to keep him busy, and I'd have a tea shop with an art gallery above it so that I could host community art shows (I'd name it Creativi-tea XD). We'd both take some classes and travel a bit when Lydia wasn't in school and generally mess around, and a big chunk would go to charities as well (both to share the wealth and get those tax breaks after a huge windfall ... I'm being both honest and practical here). I would have to research the charities at the time, though, as sometimes it changes from month to month which ones are reputable and how much of donations go to the cause rather than administrative costs. Probably mostly to organizations that fight human trafficking, feed the hungry, provide resources like job training to help people get on their feet, or things like providing clean water, education, and medical care in third world countries.
What is the most important thing to remember about the holiday season? Why is this season special (or not special, if that is the case) to you?
*Honestly, there is no "most important thing" because the holiday season means different things to different people. For some, it's a deeply spiritual time, for others, an excuse to go all-out and buy stuff for everyone they know. For me, it's often one of my rare chances to see some members of my family, and what makes it special and important are the traditions we've built up over the years. Decorations go up the day after Thanksgiving, and I get a new nutcracker every year (they're taking over the tops of my bookshelves and china hutch ... there are 19 of them now. I started collecting when my mother gave me the three we had when I was a kid). The different households in our family exchange holiday treats and handmade ornaments ... I finished my ornaments last week and will be dunking the marshmallows I made last night in chocolate with my daughter later this afternoon. She's going to put on the sprinkles (because she's only 4). They're shaped like stars, and some of them will be traveling to New York with a pan of lemon bars and some things for my sister tomorrow, who won't be able to visit this year. Sol's parents are going to be out of state, and my dad just moved, so it's going to be quiet and a bit strange not to have people over. But I'll have my cider and my Christmas music, and I'm going to make my potato salad even though I'm going to be the only one in the house who will eat it. We only worry about presents for the kids, and I still need to wrap Lydia's. I finished buying them two months ago, except for some of the things Santa will be putting in her stocking. But yeah ... my Christmas traditions are super important to me and I'd be really sad if I wasn't able to do them. I don't even care that I don't get gifts anymore (although letting go of that Christmas stocking was a bit hard!) as long as I get to do the other stuff.

For the Candy Scarf
I would buy Blast powders at 2 crowns each. Thats right 500,00,000 blast powders. I AM THE ULTIMATE BOMBER! Then again, I might need to steer away from the firestorm citadel from now on. Ho...Hum...
For the Festive Scarf
Cards, every one thinks it's just another annoying tradition, but christmas cards are the only time i really get to see all of my familiy. And they make neat decorations too c;

I'm getting the myseterious one.
For receiving a gift, I would do so because I am generous, and nice. I work hard, and I often donate some charity. I believe in Karma, and this may be it!
For Giving, I would give Auto-Target the gift that he/she gives me. He might have made himself bankrupt just to have a holiday giveaway, so I suppouse Karma could give him a gift too!

if I got a billion dollars I would invest it in a military endeavor to thrust the scum, the culture destroyers, the people who made it unacceptable to wish somebody a merry Christmas, the j-words, out of this country or at least a very good portion of it, and designate it a new country.

Candy Scarf:
Honestly, I don't have much need for money in SK... I'm kinda just chilling with my guildmates. So if I got that kind of money, I'd probably just give it to my guildmates, you know, maybe have somewhat of a Holiday Giveaway type thing... the irony.
Holly Scarf:
If I got that kind of money in real life, I'd definitely use it to get my family in better shape. We barely have enough to send me to school, and I still have like 6 years until I'm done with school and can start looking at bigger things. I'd just need enough of it so my parents could pay off the house and my brothers' and my tuition. Then I'd give the rest to some charity, I dunno.
Festive Scarf:
In my opinion, the best part about the holidays is Christmas morning (I'm a Christian). It's the one morning where my mom, my dad, my brothers and I just relax all morning. We open gifts, make this awesome breakfast, and just chill out till like noon. It makes me forget about all the stress of school and work... it's great.
Mystery Prize:
Haha, I'll send you something as soon as I get on SK.

candy scarf :
You do know there is an event in this forum called secret santa , right ? well i am gonna give EVERYTHING on the wishlist of the guy that i give , and then give away flourish , striker , brandish , etc to begginer on spiral knight so they have an easier start ( the first time i play i decide to go solo where the interface is still oldstyle. Result : FAIL BADLY at snarby ) then with the rest buy an Obsidian weapon buy some CE go to punch UV it until i got CTR high, ASI high or med , Dmg bonus vs Gremlin high ( cause menders are annoying ) and lots of accesory. Then with the remaining i will just do give away or buy OCH DLC.
Holy scarf :
Send 1/4 as charity cause i don't need that much , 2/4 for my parents cause their the best ! , and 1/8 on TF2 , SK and buy lots o games on steam. the rest of 1/8 i will save that for emergency situation
Festive scarf :
The best thing of christmast is everyone is sharing joy and present, i got to see i can still live another year , I get to remember about Jesus ( not to be racist here cause i am christian ) , And Chocolate + Candies yay ! ( seriusly tought i like them ), And family go to meet each other share story and stuff, Impostoclaus Got back to haven.
