i am not sure weather to upgrade my silversix to an argent peacemaker. should i is it better than a LV 10 silversix

If you don't have radiants, don't upgrade it. If you do, consider whether the item is really worth it to you- there might be another item much better than it right around the corner w/ the gunner update, or perhaps a sword/bomb you'd rather have. This is a permanent decision until the game is changed back to having radiants findable.

The charge attack would definitely be a consideration- the charge attack is rarely used and relatively poor compared to having an additional weapon, but there are uses for it at times, and it does receive a significant boost at 5*. If you don't have+use chaos+a gun trinket for CTR don't bother with it though.

It would be better to stick with the Silversix.
