I'm not even entirely sure if they mentioned anything about Humbugs in the patch.
makes me kinda happy cuz I got one from last year.

I have killed like 70 or so
I have killed like 70 or so and i havent found one yet.
however, the wiki states they should be a rare drop.

There have been at least 5-6
There have been at least 5-6 sold in the AH since the event started. I've also seen them on people plenty of times.

I usually bring AoA and Acheron when I hunt them. Avoid picking up presents as certain monsters are only spawned when presents are picked up. Then just run around the level until you notice the recon/deathmark icon showing up. AoA haze will break their cloak then quickly run over and finish them off with Acheron. Repeat. Granted, I still haven't found a hat either, but this method usually allows me to kill 3-4 of them per run.

Shoot your gun
If you see the white dodge lines and hear the gremlin dodge sound, they're close to wherever your bullet went.
Not sure if anyone got one so far. I didn't get one so far.
