This is one of those special dungeons thats like an arena, treasure room, or a graveyard. What its is a long corridor that winds left and right. But when everyone stands on the party button, a giant spike log comes down and chases the party through the winding path. If you get hit by the log, your character gets thrown forward and loses a couple bars of health. This dungeon would require quick thinking, and teamwork. Along the way there are breakable blocks that need to be destroyed to be able to pass through. Floor traps would have to be avoided. After you make it to the end of the walkway, there would be a treasure room, full of crowns heat, and other goodies before stepping onto the elevator to go further down.

I like this idea since it requires a little bit of quick thinking and would get a quick switch of all the hacking and salshing. Its sorta like a minigame.

Maybe the reward at the end can contain clues to the story?

This sounds so Indiana Jones it needs the Game story worked in XD
and snakes, lots of it!

I love the idea, because of the small amount of special levels.

The only issue I see is... what happens if you die? As in, if you die from the log and it rolls past you, one person could revive with energy and help everyone else up with HP-splitting revives for an easy win.

I guess it could be made so in those particular levels, you can't revive? In that case, there'd have to be a very good reward, because if everyone gets KO'd, that's it-no more adventuring, restart from Haven. Or, it could be made so you teleport to the elevator when you and the others die, past the room with all the treasure.

... Something simple could be that there's more than one log rolling after you, like, a distance between the logs, one in front of you and one in behind.

There'd have to be very few decorations with effects, because of the following loss of framerate and lag.

Great Idea!

I love this idea a lot!

I think it would have to have checkpoints with buttons, rather than one long run to the end, and additional logs spawning if the first one destroys the whole party. In case people aren't familiar, party buttons teleport dead players to them when pressed by all living players, so that people can give revives then.

Perhaps it could even be a special version of a danger room, that cost 3 energy, as to prevent casual parties from getting destroyed by what sounds like a fairly hard level.

It'd be a great change of pace to have a level that rewarded you for evasion rather than hack n' slash, as even graveyards reward you more for slowly trudging through and killing every last zombie. And as the reward would be mostly treasure boxes, there would be a better chance to get quicksilver mail and other random box drops, which would provide an incentive for doing one.
