Totally not worth getting. Provides a good bit of resistances, but there are no fire+ice levels... aside from the current xmas one. Given that the thanksgiving one was free, we're talking about gaining a whopping fire low as well. Or is it the same as a fire med? Somewhere around there.

So it was exactly what I thought it was. Grand.

Yet it makes Gift of Autumn pretty obsolete, unless you were to wear... BOTH?

The 5* overpowers Gift of Autumn. I can't say I see a use for it any place unless you're in lockdown; you could combine Grand Solstice with GoA if you're a couple points off freeze (or fire?) immunity. Though giving up 4 pips of health for a semi-dangerous status that doesn't seem to be a good idea since you'll be taking a beating from everything else; 2 health maybe, but I wouldn't give a glance at the thought of 4.
In PvE, I don't see any places it could be used except as before mentioned danger mission. Arcade rework may introduce mixed status effects on a regular.
Speaking mixed statuses, Monster Crates...they've been going haywire with a variety of enemies in them now, pretty cool.

You could replace a 5* fire/ice trinket for it for an extra health pip while still having wisp resistance...
