So now that Prize Boxes can be bought with Energy and no longer are purchasable with real life currency, are more Prize Boxes being bought? Or are less being bought?
I'd like to hear what you think, and what you are doing.

I'm not buying into these things because of the no radiant direction. If that is lifted I might on the next promotion, because OOO has been going well aside from that.

those lasts promos i havent bought Ce to buy those prize boxes. umm let me see, i got 18k Ce to selling a friend of me an ASI VH in my iron slug (sell it cheaper because he was a friend) with that i bought like 4 danger prize boxes and got the bitter end shield on the last box. which was the reason why i was getting the boxes (since the Bitter end shield have the same stats as the owlite shield and honestly dont like the design of the owlite shield so having this reskin comes pretty handy for me).
apocrean stuff, i bought the entire set for crowns (i only bought the sight and rituals since those 2 mix with my personal color) so i didnt have a need to buy Ce to buy the prize boxes (im not a lot into crowns and wings accesories anyway)
polar wolver sets? i was saving my crowns to get the polar day wolf set and polar night wolf set since those two also mix pretty well with my personal color, twilight wolf set its just eh.. meh for me since i dont like light blue color anyway. about the accesories they look nice but not going to get them.
so basically i havent bought CE since well i dont need it. its not like i dont want to give OOO some to fund spiral knights, honestly i spent more here in spiral knights due the promos than buying Steam games i would like to try (i mean since 2012 i was trying to get capsized and now this 2013 steam chrismas sales got it now rofl), but honestly since people can buy the prize boxes with Ce from suply depot, that mean we can get more accesories and stuff and that lowers a bit the price of such stuff, so instead of myself trying my luck to see if i get something i like, i just better wait some days and buy it cheaper in AH like i did on previous times.
also i liked the idea of "if i buy CE while theres a promo you get some boxes" but now selling the prize boxes in supply depot and you dont get "rewared" by your purchase for CE... its not feel like promo like the previous times so that make me wonder now if "i buy Ce to try my luck with the boxes so i can get it first" or just wait a few days and buy it with crowns i have in my inventory.
i would like them giving again prize boxes on every energy purchase while theres a promo, at least with that they will lure me to "open my boxes" and if i dont get what i want, then with my CE i bought, i could get more boxes on supply depot, at least with that i would consider to buy Ce since im getting more boxes.
but yeah honestly this time im not going to spent on spiral knights since well. there some games i want now >_<.
