There are about 5-to-1000 odds you'll get an Iron Dragon helmet when you craft.
100$ times 200 = 2,000$.

Also, the promotion will be back via featured auction in 1 or so years.
Or you can just buy it on the auction house for way cheaper, as all the people from TF2/the other games are going to sell/trade their iron stuff.

You (and anyone else unable to active their market immediately) should be OK. The non-accessory items probably won't have their cost rise that much between now and then, since the demand for them will be outpaced by supply in short order. In fact, it's possible that there may end up being more wolf helmets than players (there's almost a one-to-three relationship between wolf helmets and steam players already, and that might reach 1:1 shortly).
I foresee these being as valuable as hallow items before the end times.
I mean, I was thinking of getting the stuff, but if its that steep, Ill rather buy games.
