Because the only color that works halfway well with them right now is blue, which is one of the darkest choices.
Neutral colors would fit them perfectly.
Before anyone says "but if I picked black I wouldn't have eyes", remember how the rest of the colors have the Knight's facial features a brighter color than the rest of their face- if you picked black, your eyes might be a dark grey. Crisis averted.

The three colors would be bandwagoned by newcomers for the rest of eternity if they were available at the character creation so should it only be available from the vendor in the Haven Bazarr for 50k or so? I mean after all... seeing a bunch of knights all rocking the same colors sounds pretty meh. The community would no longer match the colorful environment. I like the idea overall though.

I'm kinda rockin what Pawsmack was sayin'; we don't need he community to be saturated with new players that all chose these neutral colors. Make them only purchasable from Vatel to stop the over-saturation.
I'd agree that these colors should only be bought from vendors. I just couldn't live in a world full of people that are not only wearing Cobalt Armor, but also look like it. I wouldn't change my own color though. My cyan color and almond eyes may make me look like all those useless battle NPCs out there besides Rhendon, but it fits me well.

I wonder who will be the first (besides me) to bring up skkin color references withwhite and black, despite the fact that NOBODY in the world is truly white or black. Errybody be brown, either super light, super dark, or somewhere between.
