Video is normal. Except for the blatant Racist japanese voice over. Listen closely and you might pick it up.
In this case, whoever did the voiceover (An american) would be considered the racist one, since he did a stereotypical voicover of the Japanese person, who doesnt sound as idiotic as it does in the video at all.
