Don't believe for one second that professionals running/creating an online game don't read things, ignore customers or don't have a clue what goes on in game. They read everything. They play the game. They are everywhere and know everything that is going on. It's their baby, their bread and butter.

I forgot to say that if you want a direct channel to speak to the OOO staff, there is a support mail system, thanks whimsicality.
Cronus answered to my support mail (with legit serious question), so it's pretty reliable. it also contains valuable info on this topic so I'm gonna copypaste:

GMs do not disclose items about the game to players to prevent spoilers and to
prevent people from getting false expectations. Things are constantly in
development and are subject to change. So if we were to discuss things and
then they change (which happens regularly), players would be confused and
could be upset by the changes. -- Cronus
