The elevators to T2 have

The elevators to T2 have *always* had a crown charge.

If you clear T1 on the same gate, the charge vanishes.

This is... not news.

Lol

The cost is for creating a party. If 200 cr per run is too much for you, either join an existing party, or clear T1 on the gate so you get rid the cost.

200 crowns to create or join

Pupu is mistaken. The 200 crowns is charged whether you start a party or join an existing one. The only way to avoid the charge is to play through Tier 1 down to Moorcroft in the particular gate.

ya just go through t1 once

ya just go through t1 once and t2 is then free of charge (for that gate other gates dont apply)

I tested this a few weeks ago

I tested this a few weeks ago - you can join a party at Level 7 then take the elevator down to Moorcraft. At that point the 200 CR fee is removed for future visits to T2. To see which tiers you've cleared at a glance, open your Progress panel. Any elevators with a star in the Tier is free to enter.

Yes...

This is also what the 'progress' tab on your character page tells you about. Tiers with solid stars don't have a charge to jump there, tiers with hollow stars do.

good call

Good call, quit over 200 crowns...or sell 4 shards and call it even.
Lol it does suck though when keep feeling like you are being nickeled and dimed.

Uh

I'd swear you didn't get charged if you joined.
I'll have to make some tests later.
