To be honest, I didn't do it in proper way, I could prevent humbug damage by using status barrier first, and I am ignoring everything, just stand there like silly person, eating up damage instead of moving around. Without penta, you could buy vitapod + capsules beforehand, and get more useful trinkets. I don't know.

If you move around, then you have two Gun Puppies shooting at you, which punish you for standing still too much. Then you have so much more than punishes you for moving around too much.
I wonder what makes a solo "legitimate" in the first place; not buying vitapods or using capsules given from the RNG Gods?

Well, that's nice what you pulled off. To be honest, I would just spend a spark and nuke the boss with Blitz Needle when the shield drops. I can kill it during that one shield drop if I get at least 3 charge shots off, but only if the first two have the damage increase from reviving.

Amazing!
A good show of careful planning instead of relying on mostly battle experience and it is a good tactic for those who do not get good frame rates during the boss. Could I ask for more details in what gear you used?

You don't know how I play. I only play solo just to show off in a video. I always quit a party exactly 10 seconds after the last party member left too, I get sick to do anything solo, except when I help my friends to find something like punkin king at arcade. Also, I forgot to include shiver bomb that may ease this run too. Details? Chaos set, BTS, Penta, Those weapons, Bomb Damage perk?
Even with proper timing and gear, you only barely scraped by and one-phased it with the help of your heart trinkets... if that's not proof enough that there's just too much spam for an enjoyable experience, I don't know what is.
