Steam won't unpack my item

I'm trying to unpack Iron Wolf Helm on steam and its saying "You already have this item on your account" Why?

I have Steam traded a Iron Wolft set and I unpacked it, but now it wont work.

Here is what it shows me

Oh...

I tried before...

The only solution I can only find which is...'CREATE STEAM ALTS' it's gonna be real tiring.

I'm gotta say...This ain't fair or fair since peeps go opa opa opa open spammly then get profits.

"Only one Iron Wolf Helm may be redeemed per-account." (This applies to all the stuff)

It means that you've already bound the Iron Wolf Helm, it's just Downloadable Content and once it has been redeemed you may not redeem it again.

This isn't really a technical issue by the way.
