Of the three types of 5* Blast Bombs (Nitronome, Big Angry Bomb, and Irontech Destroyer) what are the pros and cons of each? If I were to use one, which one would you use and why?

I recommend the Nitronome.
Nitronome has the biggest blast radius, a good charge time, and a relatively short fuse. It also only -slightly- reduces your movement speed while charging, rather than halving it or worse.
Doesn't have the best knockback of the three, though.
