Here is a picture of the Deluxe Starter Pack. Although I guess it technically only states that the Static Flash is 1-star, I believe it's very heavily implied that the other two weapons are.

I agree but as it looks now, it's more or less false marketing and that's bad so I think we're more likely that we will see a bugfix.

Uhh......no. The bomb you get from the beginning of the game is the "Proto Bomb", not the "Static Flash". >.>
I was going to make a thread about this but it seems like I was beaten to the punch.
If the change from 0-star to 1-star is unlikely, I'd suggest a mention that these are 0-star instead of 1-star.
