I have a lv 4 ash cap dat need shining fire crystals which can be only obtained in T3 runs but i can only access T2 runs ( missions) and for arcade im too weak to fight them . i need to froge my vog cub cap i have all the materiel but i need to upgrade my ash cap

can anyone help me or gimme advice? And if anyone can help me plz do ;.;

I wanna ask ...Is fire crystals needed ? i find it just another money maker for the three rings company i wish i got up to a 5* player before the crystals were in the game....

Kirito, I think your Asuna is in another game.

Jokes aside, get a full set of 4* gears first, get your T3 clearance at barrus and his boys, then you should be able to get to T3 arcade. For now, don't heat the 4* gears, just worry about how to get a full set of 4* equipment.

Try an easy Arcade on

Try an easy Arcade on Advanced. Looking at the current gate maps, the easiest right now is the Onyx Falcon Gate, second is Jade Sun Gate. Or you could tag along with me for some Elite Runs (I'm constantly running the arcade).

And as stated above, get 4* first. Your weapons should be your primary concern over armour as of right now, as well.

Just want to state that fire crystals drops from boxes, so you could just skip monsters if allowed, and go for boxes only.

I can already see problems that would make you think it's too hard.

1. If Dark Thorn Shield is your best shield, could I recommend you make something that's actually useful for protecting yourself? An Owlite Line is great for this. Elemental defense and max fire/shock defense makes it one of the most balanced shields in the game for general use.

2. Antigua lines are exceptionally weak guns, even with a very large damage bonus. I'd recommend getting a driver, but with the gunner update just around the corner it really doesn't matter what you use.

It really doesn't, but jokes are going to come whenever any name has any specific reference. (you'd be surprised how many people call dibs on something while I'm in the party...)

Who said the Dark Thorn Shield was bad? In fact, it's rather good. So good that you see a bunch of clones using it.

Dibs, the problem with upgrading those shields is the fact that the 5* version is weaker than the 4* counterpart until around level 8, so crafting that line is not as optimal as saving the Radiant Crystals for the 5* weapons you have to make for the Champion Rank.

I never said it was bad. I said you should consider getting a good defensive shield. Barbarous Thorn Shield won't be your bread and butter if it's your only 5* shield, in fact it's actually kind of easily broken compared to using a specialised shield (unless you're in a Beast/Slime area, of course).

See Krakob's post. That only goes for weapons, not Shields/Armours.

for 5* shields

or my normal shield : Barbarous Thorn Shield

You could get Crest of

You could get Crest of Almire, Barbarous Thorn Shield, and Grey Owlite Shield, and you'd never need to make another 5* shield again.

And yes. While I won't say Crest of Almire is drastically better than Dread Skelly Shield, I would have to think that Fire + Shock resistance is more useful than Freeze + Poison resistance...

However, Crest of Almire is harder to obtain.

I can't say much on Dragon Scale Shield. The fact that it has no normal defense is what kills it, as 99% of monsters in the game do normal damage (yes, even in Tier 3).

ya dont need to worry :) i can get it cuz Shuichi ( veteran of EoS) can help me do vana runs
but she is rarely free to do runs and should i go for Barbarous Thorn Shield first or get crest of alimire first? btw i wanna add u :)

Go for Crest of Almire first.

Go for Crest of Almire first. If you get it early on, then your runs will be easier, and you can make BTS faster.

You get Blackened Crest for Almirian Seals from Brinks, then you just need to buy the Crest of Almire Recipe from Basil and upgrade it.

Hey there.

It seems you're in quite the pickle. However you cant get the shield yet. It requires you to run vanaduke many times. You trade in the tokens from beating vanaduke to get the blackened crest.

For now, I say get the bts first. reason why is when you get through with farming jk, you will eventually move onto firestorm citadel. Here, you will face a lot of zombies, constructs, fiends, and jellies.

I dont know how well you can avoid a zombie, but if you need to make a crest of almire when you get familiar with firestorm citadel. Becoming a pro at runs earns easy tokens. Even if you are the best at dodging them make one regardless for the missions later on for fiends such as greavers and devilites.

You don't need to complete all the missions as you can run a vanagate which can and will hold more heating opportunities than the mission could dream of.

Try to build your way up to elite as well. You get much higher pay and shining crystals.

i got used to the firestorm already XD i just don't deal enough dmg so i can barely passs though the Lvls and i don't have access to the mission :/
