Does anyone get the joke with Maulos and the devilite Morgral whatever his name was whenever you access one of them devilite computers?
I sure got the joke, but I was wondering if anybody else got the joke.
Does anyone get the joke inside Heart of Ice? (Or Heart of Impossible) Either way it is HoI
Umm... let me see here. No, I'm sorry but I have no idea what it is.
I sure hope this isn't some obvious thing staring right at my face and I can't see it. That or it's related to something I have never heard of. Probably the latter.
It's about like Maulos joining the Devilite Corps, and Morgral the devilite is like the top pit boss or something, and Morgral like formal language in his company. Maulos is like- "No! I am Maulos! Lord of Absolute Destruction!" And Morgral is like- "Sorry, bad use of the mailing system within the company is very bad. And "Send all the Frozen Souls to me" is not a formal command as well as "All the Clockworks will freeze under my wrath!". Please fill out the Self-Improvement form attached to this letter."
What I got from it is that Maulos took control of some fiend city and started controlling all the inhabitants. The devilites sent messages to higher ups, but they responded officially, and declined. Either way, it was hilarious.
the proper name is Morgal'm.
that being said, yes. and a friend of mine was surprised I read that.
most funny is the "I am informed that nearly a thousand devilites and a great deal of everfrost has been stolen. since you asked for them, it's you?" mail.
"X barrels of whatever Frostifurs eat"
At least he refers to them by their proper title, not just "blue ice puppy thingy" like you'd expect most warriors with questionable intellect to do so.
I think all devilites are making fun of corporate structure in the first place. This is just another example of that.
Oh Vog, the paperwork! Save us all!
No, my life has no meaning! NOOO-*Turns into Gorgo*
In the devilite prestige mission description, it says something about how the worst thing knights have to deal with is the copious amounts of paperwork assigned to them. I love the bits of humor devilites add into the game - like the pit boss phrases. They never fail to make me smile even while being pelted by monitors and chairs from every direction.
Fangel's legend speak. Right there. Exceeds everything.
Too cool to read that. What's the joke?
