Spooky Theme Guild Hall headache (Solved!)

So the Spooky theme option won't pop out in our guild hall design mode.... What's required for it? The other themes are popping out. Can't tell if it's a bug or outdated Wiki data giving us problems. :P

Try to update your guild hall first, then go back into design mode?
