Stat UVs are king for armor pieces. I'd estimate the stun max at about 1.5-2k CE per piece, it isn't in too high of demand, but max UVs are desirable nonetheless. As for the stun/freeze max--if both pieces have the same UV, it will sell for pretty high--about 15.5k CE or higher for the set.
