So we know that Brinks has most of the materials ingame that we know of and many exclusive equipment pieces specific to the bosses. Yes we know, but we don't think about how he has an infinite number of them. That can mean one of two things:
Brinks is a bad mamma-jamma and has somehow crafted or found all of those things a million times and still continues to do it.
OR
He just sits around waiting for shipments of the stuff by more adventurous knights.

Well, after the clearance of FSC, a large group of geo knights are dispatched to explore parts of the citadel, where they found artifacts hidden deep beneath the ashes, things such as an old sets of armor or a charred almirian shield. A great deal of moeny and efforts are invested into their reconstruction(same applies to IMP, RJP and GWW) and Spiral HQ instructed Brinks to give them to experienced knights. So, a reasonable amount of token, a sign of a knight's achievement and wealth status, are required to trade these gears, they ain't cheap to go around, of course Brink needs to be sure that he distributed them to worthy knights rather than some rookie who have no idea how to use these ancient weapons of war.
