If it's a bug then I'll move this to the bug report section. If it's not then my PC needs to try harder because that will certainly not give me any seizures.

Nah, I think that Kozma thing has to do with the graphic settings. If you're using Low (dunno about Medium/High) then the accessories vanish once you reach a certain distance, even with player knights.

Congratulations! You've just seen a tiny bit of the Clockworks reshaping and moving itself into a completely different form than what you just witnessed! It means this floor is no longer of use until a later date. So please be sure to quit expedition at the next elevator or else you may take a quick ride down to the core and end with a splat! Tee hee!
But to be serious, it's probably just a texture error like Thunder said. I don't find too many but they are there. You just need to keep your eyes open to find them all. As for Kozma, yea her accessories will disappear just like everyone else's. This is a diferent problem though and the only solution I have is to ignore it.

You have discovered a Z-fighting. This is occurring because two of the clockwork tiles are overlapping. Since both are on top of each other, the clockworks can't decide which one to show you, so you get to see both! Two for one? What a deal!

no, it's just a texture error. you can see the same in kozma's scarf anywhere you can meet her; at a certain distance it dissapears.
