So you get to change the color and stuff when you create your knight right?
Well I finally got some 2 star armor to replace my original armor but its just grey and ugly.
Is there any way to change the color of it?
Ive seen people running around with the same sets of armor but different colors.
Just have no idea how.

Personal Color stays with
Personal Color stays with you. It's on your minimap dot, your nametag, your eyes, and the highlights of all your future armors.
"Design Color" is just for your starting armor set only. It's only there so you don't look exactly identical to a third of all the other players at the Rescue Camp.
Edit: Also, you can put your old armor into the costume slots so you get the new armor's defenses but the old armor's looks.
Furthermore if it's the Cobalt set you're looking at, you can think about looking for the Wolver Coat and Wolver Cap (bonus with swords) or Magic Cloak and Magic Hood (Protects against common Elemental attacks instead of rare Piercing attacks) instead.

Upgrades change colors.
If you see people in similar armor to the 2* stuff you have, but with a different color, the odds are that they have an upgraded version of the set you own. When you upgrade armor, the overall look tends to be similar, but with changes to the color of various parts of the armor. For instance, the cobalt armor is all drab grey, but the solid cobalt armor (the 3* upgrade) has some parts that are bright bluish-white.

i dont think you can, a colour is for life just like the real life.
