So I think that everyone has seen this thing where the cords of any magic hood always bug out and blend in and out for some seconds, then everythings fine and then it happens again. I know it's not a huge bug or something that makes the game unplayable but I often wear magic hoods as costumes and it really annoys me so I would be happy if you could fix this in the next patch.

Tried compatibility mode? I've noticed a similar issue with the knot on the back of the Gunslinger's helm and a green blob on the shoulder of Plate Mails, and it only occurs on certain computers.

As someone who has always played in compatibility mode (as I quite honestly think it makes the game look better anyway), I've never had this problem.
So I'm just going to recommend it.
I would say that OOO hasn't fixed this yet because it either isn't important to them enough to worry about it, or they just don't know how to fix it (I would assume the latter, as I'm sure many people have sent in bug reports for it so far)
