Account is stuck on champion

My acccount has reached champion and i cannot get past vanaduke, everytime i finish it i return to Haven without getting my mission rewards and unlocking the next set of missions Please help!!!!

It isn't finished until you get on the lift at The Core.

incomplete mission

you must start mission from lobby and get on the lift at the core in order to complete your mission~
