Eh: too busy right now.
Been quite busy lately to do much LD recently: trying to get moving to the new house me and my family are going in and just hanging around Gremlin Chatter. I might return during Spring Break or whatever. :P
Being the Sap I am, I also would like to notify that I tend to not really consider myself a "good player". And 1v1 ain't my thing really: If you're in my way, you're in my way. I just do what I do and want those caps man.

Oh, not that. I meant an actual league format whereby all the player in the league would know about it, and actively compete in a series of 1v1s for the top spot. Probably based on a point system, like +2 for a win -1 for a loss or something like that. Then the leader at the end of the month or week or whatever would get a prize and the ladder would reset.

That'd be pretty okay but you don't think it's possible that some would abuse it? I guess there'd have to be some monitoring of said games but even if so, it'd be very tedious to get going unless many people would work on it.

It's 2014, I know 80% of the players on that list wouldn't compare to the former strength of earlier players. But it is what it is, gotta learn to appreciate what we have.
Don't make such a big deal out of AT, it's been argued over and over.
There's indeed a lot more talent roaming around Tier 2, but I gathered 30 of the most eye-catching players that are active in today's LD.

Why am I so high on that list? I struggle with beating some of the players down in the 20's but can flawless some in the lower twenties.
@Spring-At-Peace Who Erctheepic is referring to is Il-Rcs-Il. They are pretty good and fun to play with. Hope you have a chance to meet them.

So I've seen all these guys except Remet, Sconesy, Kerfuffle, and Hornney. Are they really that good to make the almighty Rebel's hit list? Would be pretty fun to get into a match with them. :o
Also I would just like to take this time to express my thankfulness for being granted the ever abounding mercy of not being placed onto your hit list, Rebel. Thank you for seeing me for who I am, a simple cobalt noob who simply enjoys the game of lockdown, and not a professional who wants to murder everyone within his sight. I have this issue where people want to label me as a pro, which in truth is something I see as a burden. I just prefer to enjoy this game without having people hunt after me, cause then lockdown becomes everyone vs Stane instead of everyone vs everyone.
Also I noticed a few people mention AA. I for one stopped using AA after they secretly fixed it in the battle sprite update. I don't see how using AA improves your performance unless you're not a mouse user and must rely on it for aiming, in which case is still less efficient cause it messes up where you truly want to aim. So can a reasonable person please elaborate to me why using auto aim is considered to be an unfair advantage?

also just vouching for scone since she's otherwise unable to play atm, she dabbled in T2 a bit before she got back into uni and did fairly well from what i saw so she has that going for her i guess
as far as AA goes, it's theorized that with it enabled the server recognizes things as hits that otherwise shouldn't be and ultimately helps you find the "sweet spot" in terms of the absolute range of a weapon as opposed to the relative appearance of the range based on the animation. the decent way to refer to it is it's similar to hitscan from a lot of FPS multiplayer games - not a perfect example but it's the same argument in a different package basically, basic rundown of it can be found here, with a list of common culprits at the bottom
tl;dr - scone's aiite, AA provides instantaneous hits in a game that doesn't need it, so playing against it is basically trying to fake out a computer which requires faster reaction time than people can usually manage
