Actually Feyi, many rich people blame their death on people doing those things - whether the person they're complaining about used it or not. They blame it on that because of their obnoxious egos, and are scared getting beaten by anyone other than the other rich elite will make them look bad.

They have a clear advantage over people who are just playing for fun / don't have UVs and yet, they lash out when they get whooped on.
25 ping with no uv vs 250 ping with every UV possible
Same skill level, then 25 ping person will win.
simple as that, Connection > UV
I'm not saying everybody that complains has 250 ping, but UV's are not the big deal.
I'm finding it difficult to understand why people with an edge think they can complain when it's their own incompetence that gets them beat down.
Usually people complain when people kill them with spam, usually paired up with Auto Target.
You know why they complain? It's pathetic to see somebody with low ping need something that aims for them. It's like they can't use their own hands to point a mouse: How hard is it? You have a low latency, enough for you to aim for yourself.
There are people who complain with no good reason, I'm just throwing the latency issue out there.
Not all people who complain are rich, and not all rich people complain. Not all people with UV's are rich, and not all rich people have uv's (rare case).
AT > Connection > Skill >= UV >

If they complain about the "range" of a weapon ("wow such range on that GF"), "seeing an attack hit", it shows they don't understand the issue of latency.

I'm going to coldly ignore the issues of 1-ping players here because well, at that point you're trying to play an unplayable game and you're whining for your own ego's sake. 2-3 ping can at least compensate with prediction.
Now, here are things I don't understand:
- Why does your opponent's AT matter? If you put yourself in a vulnerable situation, you deserve to get hit. When playing with ping in mind, it should primarily be an issue of timing.
- If (ASI) UVs matter so much, then why don't more people play with the VH ASI sets? Since Lockdown came around, there's been an upward spike in Skolver and a huge reduction in Vog usage. If a sword-based striker plays with a VH ASI set, then they get max ASI on EVERY sword they use, and if ASI matters so much, then they'll pretty much become invincible, yes? They'll hit softer, but if the ASI gives them such an advantage, then what difference will it make [in a 1v1 situation] if they need to outplay someone for 3 more seconds? Where are the Nameless, Justifiers? Where is your Vog now?

Well, there's more of a spike in Chaos, because of its CTR which is annoying as heck with a Brandish line. I've seen a few people freeze their opponents, and begin to charge their Acherons.

I remembered when I went around Haven and started PMing people with full Skolver and crazy UVs on weapons "noob".
Then my Combuster took an ASI VH to the knee. Then my Acheron got a buff AND an ASI High. The highest I have achieved in T3 is 7k, but big latency issues came after that happened.
Now I look back and feel sorry for name calling. But seriously, Vog over Skolver. You want freeze resist? Get Nameless and a Polaris.

Well, heres why ive been complaining more lately...
As some of my friends may know, i recently had 20k ce, used some for some other things, but i set aside 500k for uv's, and some people might say asi high, med, low, and peirce def max and increased fire res med is good, yea, i disagree, seriously, i use 500k on these uv's, and ive only hit 17k 2 times with these uv's without 17k was an everyday thing, and i used to complain about uv's, now i complain about uv's. And since that makes no sense, what i mean is im complaining about the fact that i wasted 500k on them, i mean, i might say things in a way that made it sound like im complaining about something else, but it all goes back to the uv's, i mean, serioisly, what is the point of using crowns and spending the time to get the uv's if they dont even help you, i seriously thought i was missing out on some serious stuff when looked at all these people with good uv's, now i wonder why i thought a lousy modification could help me with skill, if you are really good at a game, you dont need uv's, you dont need a teacher, you dont need an aimbot, all you need is true skill. And something else id like to ask, anybody else spent on uv's and feel like it was a waste?

Since you don't seem to be your usual self I'll answer you Terrty.
UVs are a more complicated system than most people take it for.
A low UV is in essence no UV. You won't notice a difference.
Med to VH are useful but only in certain situations.
The no-brainers are of course ASI and CTR.
Wether your pierce max actually helps you depends on the piece of armor it's on, and your complementing helm/armor.
So yeah, having UVs helps but only if you have the right ones.
And even then, skill and connection are of a higher importance.

I actually don't think -rolling- for offense UVs gives anyone too large of an advantage. I do believe that ASI strongly affects what you can do in terms of timing and mobility, so don't get me wrong, but you can get the same results (offense) for MUCH cheaper with correct armor and trinket combinations.
At that point, it goes down to having a [playable] connection and skill.
There is a point that UVs can help overcome some deficiency (ex: sword recon, gun guardian, bomb striker), but if you think UVs give anyone godly powers or a huge advantage, you're being naive, or you're a bomber (at which i am truley sorry for your lots ).
@OP and people who think like the OP:
People complain about whatever kills them. This is true regardless of your UV, race, language, and class.
I have a certain really fun person to bully in mind right now: I killed him as a gunslinger and he started going off in public chat "gunner noob", so I got him as sword recon and got "camper". Next life, I got him as sword guardian and got "omg".
Those people are my favorite <3

Yes low asi is not much, i have low on ff and its not noticable, the med on my DA is quite noticabke, but that is proly because DA has a relativly slow speed in the first place, the high on my acheron is useless, im gonna be honest, if someone appears to be OP with acheron of asi ultra or more, chances are they are using AT, it is very hard to aim with an insta hit, the only time i pull a hit with acheron no AT is when the enemy walks into it, ill post a video showing diff in damage at and no at acheron, my damage will be bad with both, but higher with AT than no at

You don't need AT to use an achy. Everyone says that you have to try and hug your target but that's not the only thing.
When using achy, or any brandish, you swing from upper right to lower left, key to hitting is that you always aim slightly to the right of your target. That way you can make full use of the swing and it gives you more chance to hit since your target is caught in the entire swing rather than just a part of it. Your left shoulder should be on one line with their face. Since the 2nd swing in the combo is like the FF/BTB swing, that should be easy to hit regardless of what you do.
To sum it up: aim (stand) slightly to the right and use that 2nd swing.
