I was rolling some UVs and decided to pop one on my Ancient Plate Set.
BAM. Second try, I get Curse Max; I ain't even mad.

Now use logic and reasoning to tell me what it would be best suited for in a set.
My first guess is Divine Set, because one piece of Ancient normal defense is equal to combined 2 normal defense of most gears.

Any thoughts?

Curse resist is good for literally two things

Bring it to UFSC with armor of your choice or grab mercurial and go LD.

one more thing

Could use it with Divine or Deadshot for Black Kat farming when the event comes around again

Probably spamming faust charges in T1?

Curse resistance doesn't really have much use, but I'd recommend pairing it with Divine Mantle to have additional curse resist along with the shock and fire. You'd also have a decently beefy defensive set with the normal, shadow, and elemental defense. Alternatively, you could also use Deadshot Mantle, but I wouldn't recommend that since it doesn't have much going for it.

If you're looking for serious places to use it, UFSC and Black Kat farming would be the clear choices. Wouldn't use it in Lockdown for curse resist alone.

...you could also spam Gran Faust charges if you're into the cursing yourself thing.

I've got it- attempting to curse trojans with faust charges. Goofiest strategy possible.

Except they're immune? Is there anything good to curse that deals normal damage? The jelly king is mostly normal, you could use it there w/ faust.

@Fehzor

Didn't you say that RJ was unaffected by curse, though?

I did, but I'd have to test it further to confirm it... apparently, cursing things has a chance of dealing the damage per go. So I'd have to curse it and let it attack whilst cursed some more to make certain. I'd only let it spin once or twice when I made that thread, so it *could* deal a ton or none at all.

The faust's bullet does a ton of damage to the royal jelly anyway, and you can curse turrets, silkwings, insects, slimes, bushes and giant lichens. So the item would still work very well there.
