The distribution of probabilities for the bonus items included within Rose Regalia Prize Boxes will be as follows.
35% chance for one of the following:
Chapeau of the Garnet Rose

Wiki has a better picture but it looks like Bitsbee is right, the variants are Frosty (Moonstone), Malachite (Poison), and Garnet (Volcanic).
The Malachite Tabard would look amazing with the Venom Bombhead...

So we have the $9.95 per prize box and the $9 additional steam card drop, while economically a great decision, some might regard it as their worst attempt at a moneygrab since the sprite update. Sure these are nice to have, but please just stop making this look even more P2P than it already is.
You all are in your right to do these promotion boxes so you can pay the bills, but just tone it down a bit, it's one of the reasons why I personally think this game is going downhill ever since the sprite update

Plenty of players have been asking for promos where you buy energy packages and get additional rewards with them, rather than having in-game promos where one would have to buy the energy package then spend the energy package to obtain the items.
I welcome these, even if they are reskins. First time since elevator passes that I've actually put some money into the game. +1

There ARE some nice sets.
Not to mention energy prices have dropped like a rock.
Though personally I think Malachite makes you look highly radioactive. I saw a couple members of Coalesce standing around wearing it and I couldn't resist asking since when they'd been storing nuclear waste in their guild hall.
