Who is in control of SK now that Nick is gone? Who will take Nick's place? I'm just a teensy bit afraid that there is going to be conflicts and SK just might fall....apart.
In a Tangle, Power Struggle?!
That's what film and television drama is made of, there hasn't even been anything that suggests any "power struggle" or internal conflict is taking place.
We shouldn't be too concerned about this anyway, leave it up to Sega/OOO to decide.
Because you know, the GMs/Art team/Programmers are all going to just duke it out and form gangs as they attempt to fill the massive power vacuum caused by Nick leaving.
I'm sure they can handle themselves like most civilized folks do and hire someone/promote someone.
Nick probably put a sword into a stone and left it in the middle of the office, and whoever can pull the sword out of the stone will be the next in control.
Clearly all wrong. Nick left OOO in control of his child from the future, who is also the Developer class, and has the skills Nerfing +2, Outdoor Programmer, Pavise, and most importantly Galeforce.
I'm half sure that Nick isn't the only designer on the team.
¬_¬ they could make a collaborative effort (as I'm sure they have done), or one of them could take the role of lead.

"This slow, selective process has lead to a talented, tight-knit group of individuals who all care deeply for [control over] the world that we created together. I [was the leader of] that team; [the commander of] the squad. This team is ready, willing and able to [face each other with knives, vying for power.]"

Relax, I am sure they will duke it out amongst themselves, let history decide who is right, who knows, maybe we can get a dev lead who actaully solve the issues that really mattered. I have seen a MMO with so many bugs and crashes that it makes BF4 launch look like the perfect release. Who knows, we might just get someone who is better than Nick. If he/she is not, how bad can it ultimately be, I am sure Nick has already chosen a worthy successor to inherit his throne.
