Hello and welcome to the Sterne Recruitment Topic~!

In order to increase the fun we have In-game I have created a guild with close friends so that we may find others to join with us the good times that we have. We currently are looking for people that enjoy the game whether they like to talk about the game in a positive upbeat tone or like to get into the nitty gritty and debate what should move the game forward. As long as you enjoy the game and want it to thrive we would enjoy your company.

This guild was honestly only created on a whim to go back to when I first started this game and created the guild “Divine Gods” back then though we didn’t have nearly as much as we do now to do with guilds, including but not limited to : Guild Hall Update, Battle Sprites, Lockdown, And the Energy update. These things are the biggest changes since I have had my own guild. I also want to try to do new things to make this guild a more friendly group. I want people to experience the guild with the people in and outside of the guild. The biggest objective is to make more friends that you can count on to help you or do something with you when the opportunity shows.

There is always more that i can discuss about the guild, like how it was actually first an experiment and all but for now i will continue onto another topic.

Joining & Restrictions

If you're interested in joining the guild it really isn’t too hard, Simply send me a request either by mail or via a friend request with a side note or leave a reply here in the topic.

There are some things i would like to put out in the open first however. I do not want those who join the guild to ask others for freebies, me and the others in the guild respect the work people put into getting what they have. We also are readily available to help you with your goals as well, but we do not want to be handing you things, we can help you or maybe even give you things for a fair trade or equivalent price. Just remember not everyone has things they can simply hand out.

Ranks

Recruit :
This is where you will start off, you will be new to the guild and the people in it, your first step would be to start making friends~! Do some runs with the others in the guild and learn things about others.

Members :
This status is given to those who have been in the guild at least a week or more and have shown the initiative to play or talk with others. From this point on we will see you as a person who tries their best in any situation with the guild. We look forward to seeing you online and getting to play with you.

Veterans :
The Veteran title is something that must be earned, i would love to have a guild with a lot of Veterans. Veterans should be someone that anyone in the guild can count on to be helpful, knowledgeable and so on. People should be able to look up to this person to help them with their goals. Veterans would be a model for the guild and what we try to accomplish. We look forward to seeing these players online very often and they should be respected, (Except for Crushkings, this is the only Veteran we can say all these things negatively about. Just kidding).

Officers :
Veterans that i show trust in can more than likely see themselves in this position in the future. Officers should contain all the traits of what has been listed in members and veterans, but they should also be someone that i can count on to get something done should we have an event or plan of some sort. Because not always can i be there to make sure things are going smoothly and if another GM Isn’t able to be there in my place i would look to an Officer.

Guild Master :
This title should be as it sounds, “Guild Master” you should have the Guild well Mastered. These people have been with the guild since the beginning or have show true hard work with others that they deserve such a title. This title is not something for the weak like myself, Just kidding again…

Now before you start to mull over everything i want to say one more thing, anyone can be a Veteran, Officer, or GM, as long as they have commitment, I don't care if they’re 3* or lower that isn't the point, the point is these people are trustworthy and models of the guild and they stand out in that way.
