A lot ofpeople have been complaining that all of sk updates latly have been reskins, well, heres the deal, these "reskins" are actually more powerful that the
weapon the way were reskins of. The deadly candy poker does the damage of a lvl 10 ff at lvl 1, egg nog blaster does the damage of the nova driver at lvl 10 when its lvl 1, and, well uh, yea, so for those who actually spent the time to get them, good for you, because you got reskins more powerful than the weapons that they are reskins of.

I'd like confirmation from other people on Deadly Candy Poker and Nog Blaster damage. I was under the impression (from hearsay) that all the winterfest weapons were equivalent to their original counterparts, only with different models.
I avoided making Nog Blaster because I'm colorblind and can't really tell the difference between Nog/Nova ¬_¬

Please present proof.
Keep in mind that heat is irrelevant if you're using a weapon which is fit for a higher stratum. e.g. using FF in stratum 4, which is intended for 3* items.

This is hard to believe. If this was true, people would have caught it a long time ago like the OC dealing normal damage.
Not to mention the bars of the weapons are exactly the same, GF being the only one that is technically lying.

I remember speculating something like this myself!
When I made my Jack Froster, I saw it as a direct upgrade to my Shiv somehow. Mainly becuase it takes less pixel space on the screen and it's a holiday souvenir (Hey look I can get into micro-scale details too!).
I'm not drawing any conclusions, I've also theorized if its gas radius could be a big bigger than the normal Shiv. If it's equal size then that's fine too. I still gotta forge it to 10 though.

Not true. i was heating Nog Blaster while using Storm Driver at the same time, the level 1 Nog was doing less than the Storm.
Jack Froster and Shivermist have the same radius and damage

someone made a video, i will put
the video on here when i get the chance, he didnt directly state anything about damage, but he said all the weapons from winterfest were level 1, my ff is level 1 and does 146 damage in the same teir of TH that he was in, and the deadly candy poker was lv 1, so was my ff, i dont have time to post video right now, will post link tomorrow or something.

Its almost impossible to switch a weapon, record the number, and catch of screenshot at the same time to confuse both of them. I did not lower the damage since that is also impossible. I don't know where the reskins got stronger, but I wouldn't say the examples you used are entirely true.
