If anything is possible, is it possible something is impossible?
Most people with Callahan's either have super good accuracy and is pro, or doesn't know a thing about Lockdown weaponry, and choice A is 90% of the time.
I don't see how a Shadow Callahan will make it interesting. I haven't even seen the new guns, but I'm sure a select few might be interesting in LD.
From the posts above, it sounds like a new Pulsar line.

A freeze-stun switch would immobilize the shooter, but dish out a fair amount of damage. Being a fair Callahan user in lockdown (mind you I use no damage boosts)I can say I can't wait to try it out!

When new gear comes out, it is rarely ever balanced with the rest of the game. That is true in just about every MMO, and usually requires the devs to do patches shortly after.
