but at start , we have new rose regalia set , yay . now we celebrate the year of horse . when will be gunner update released ? is it gonna be delayed like HL3 ? :D you know what is my point ?

Aren't there more important things than some more weapons and armors that you can't craft and fully heat? You know, like new levels, revamped arcade system and a new boss?

I'm mostly sure that the artists on SK's team are actually pretty fast. From just the fact that people can post spoilers by looking into the game files means that the models for many of the guns are already (or close to) done, and have been so for months. But models aren't everything. If the gunner update is to be of any importance, there are likely going to be mechanics changes, not just adding more items with different stats.
Certain events are 'scheduled' (Lunar New Year, SK anniversary), and others might just be periodic (Rose Regalia), but you're really naive if you think doing those actually takes away from people working on the other, actual features or even the artists' progress on the guns.

If the artists are that fast, then can we have a stun, shock, and curse Rose Reggie sets? Maybe even shoulder or glove accessories (Knuckles' gloves released when Knuckles' Chaotix comes to Steam along with Espio's horn, Vector's headphones, Charmy's helmet)?
