I'm not interested in the games, but since you asked, there's nothing cheap about these prices. I'm not trolling you, just trying to answer your question.

Bad Rats is not a good game or a wanted game. It's been on sale for $0.49 on steam many times. It's also a 5 year old game. People sell games at 600 energy per $1. It's worth 300-500 energy IF you can find a buyer. You're asking 3500 energy which is 700 energy per $1 even at the regular price which no one will pay. You're pricing it at 10 times its actual value.

Arena Wars 2 has been on sale for $2, imo it's worth between 1200-2000 energy

Hotline Miami has been on sale for $2, but it's actually a good game and pretty new. You might find someone who will pay a high price for it. Say anywhere between 1500-3000 energy.

Company of Heroes is an 8 year old game that's been on sale for as low as $2. It's worth 1200-1600 energy.

Saint's row 2 is another 5 year old game that's been on sale for $3.75 every few weeks. I don't see anyone paying more than 2500-3000 energy for it.

Saint's row 3 full package was on sale for $7.50 last week and fairly frequently. Which works out to be 4500 energy. I think it's worth 4500-6500 energy.

To sum up, only Hotline: Miami and Saint's Row are priced somewhat close to their actual value. It's very difficult to sell older games for full retail price which is what your prices translate to. You might not be getting offers due to the age of the games. Hope this helps.
