This because the one who are in haven cannot obtain this achievement because they already passed the rescuecamp.

Achievements are shared by

Achievements are shared by all characters on your account. If you start a new character on your account to get the Rescue Camp achievements, that would work. The real problem is getting the tier clearance achievements without having to waste time on that other character, getting them a 2* set and then a 4* set.

I heard something about asking a GM to fix it for you, but I haven't tried.

Players can set up a new

Players can set up a new account to get this. Making a new character is free, anyway.

EDIT: Darn it, this is what happens when I open a new tab instead of replying right away.

Agreed with OP. The presence

Agreed with OP. The presence of a workaround doesn't mean it's not a bug.

Both this and the tier pass

Both this and the tier pass achievements will now be awarded retroactively the first time you do something else related to achievements: equip an item, buy an item, complete a dungeon level, add minerals to a gate, etc.
