i got all tier 2 items. the big guy infront of the red barrier said i was cool now to go on ahead. and i couldn't i tried the gate neerby and it took me home. and when i went down again. i still had the same problem. i couldn't go past the red barrier. i was told to contact the gm by team members. so i just removed myself and looked around for away to ask for help. this is what i found.

You need to talk to the Spiral Warden (the "big guy near the gate"), and do *not* click the red X to close the window - if you properly complete the conversation, the window will close by itself, and the barrier will turn blue and you'll be able to pass through it.
Note: to contact a GM in-game, open a web browser and go to this page, fill in the request, and then go back to the game and wait. The GM's will respond as soon as possible, but the wait time depends on how busy they are (the one time I used it, it took about 5 minutes for a GM to respond).
