Guild hall: Energy well
I've read both the SK wiki and the past forum threads on the Energy well that can be installed in a guild hall. But, I still do not have any clear idea what it is about, except for the first part on having to put in 500 CE before you can reap the rewards. I'm pretty new to this game, so please do help me clarify my doubts!
My questions regarding the Energy well are:
1. Do we only have to put in just 500 CE for the energy well to work for as long as we want it to be? Or do we have to keep putting in 500 CE, for instance, every week, for it to work?
2. What are the kind of reward that we can get from the energy well? I know that the SK wiki has mentioned something like "Every member can withdraw 100 CE from the well daily" or similar like that. Just asking because it sounds too good to be true.
3. Do you guys think that it is a worthy investment for a guild?
Edit: Sorry, I'm not really sure if I've posted this in the right place, because I'm new to the forums as well.
Hi Bopp! Thank you for replying so promptly and for sharing your observations and tips. I got a much clearer idea after reading what you've posted, so I don't think I've got anymore questions. ^^

Someone told me u could withdraw 100 ME (MIST) from the old version of SK before the very big update.
Not sure actually...
And what i mean by withdraw is regain...

Prior to the Sprite Update, you could deposit regular Crystal Energy into the Mist Well (at least 500 CE) and it would gain a 20% bonus of Energy (ex. if you deposited 1000 CE, it would become 1200 Energy). Once a day you could withdraw from the well to refill your Mist Energy (even if it was only 1 Energy), and since Mist Energy never surpassed 100, you could withdraw at most 100 per day, less if you still had some Mist Energy when you withdrew from it.
Coming to post Sprite Update, Mist Energy no longer exists, and we no longer gain the 20% bonus from depositing Energy. It still requires at least 500 Energy in order to make a deposit, and once a day you can take 100 Energy from it. No more, and no less.

As soon as you used some ME, you would have room for more. If there was a 100-per-day cap, then it would have to be programmed specifically. And I don't think that there was. I knew people who would rage-craft, using hundreds of ME in minutes. But I could be misremembering.
By the way, it's become very clear over the past couple of days that Sweroy is a big troll, so let's stop feeding him.
Hi guys, sorry for bumping this up again.
I just want to ask, I've heard that if we choose to remove the second floor in a guild hall, and put it back again, we'll have to pay the 'installation fee' again. What exactly is the installation fee? Is it the entire cost when I first add the second floor?
Thanks in advance.

These rooms have big, one-time installation prices (15,000) and smaller, weekly upkeep prices (2,500). If you get rid of a room and want to create it again, then you have to pay the big installation price again. See this for prices:

By the way, bumping was the correct thing to do, in my opinion. It's better to have all of your questions from a short time period in one thread, than to crowd the forum with threads.

1. No, you do not need to put in a little bit each week. Whatever you put in will stay there until your guild draws it out. The only restriction is that the minimum donation is 500 energy. You can't make small contributions.
2. There is no reward for putting energy into a well. Why do wells exist? To let guild members share energy with each other, as a way of building team spirit and friendliness. (Formerly there were two kinds of energy, and putting energy into the well gave a 20% bonus. That was the reward. But the bonus no longer makes sense with only one kind of energy.)
By the way, I'm not sure about the 100-energy-per-day cap mentioned on the wiki. That didn't exist before release 2013-07-30. And I could imagine an editor adding that to the wiki, just because that is a common policy in guilds. But the editor who added that text to the wiki is pretty reliable, so maybe it's true.
3. In my experience, mist wells are not a good investment. These days, I rarely see anyone use a mist well. But maybe other guilds still do.
By the way, if you do get a mist well, it's a good idea to place it behind a door for Members only, Veterans only, etc. Otherwise you will have people raiding your well.
4. Your post is good, especially because you read the wiki ahead of time, and told us so, so that we didn't have to repeat it. If you have more questions, I can try to answer them. :)
