Does anyone know how to do this? Its dang annoying in FSC.
Also, want to know how to prepare for lockdown or PvE in chaos?

I do!
Shield bump rapidly. If you don't have a shield, wait calmly while getting mauled for it to regenerate a bit, and then shield bump rapidly. You only have to push it a little bit, but once you do you're golden.
Also sprite skills like invisibility could help, as well as any knockback attack, and perhaps even the shield bash.
Shiled bumping with something that is not a swiftstrike thingy should get you out. Also a Maskeraith's invisibility is also good.
Hitting a trojan's shield with guns give knockback.
This normally works extremely well with alchemers and autoguns, any 5* version of them.
Edit: Turning invisible does not make one invincible. It's pretty hard to do if you lag too.
Does the shield bash not work in this situation?
Just imagine a trojan charging and you shield bashing towards it at the same time. I wonder who will win?
Edit: Regardless. Most people run fsc using GOS, BTS, VPS and the odd gunner/pro using a SSB. Out of all of these shields only the SSB shield bump won't get you out of a Trojan corner crush.
Explosion of a Drakon's fireball also moves Trojan a bit away from you. It usually gives enough space to escape.
I agree with BlazzBerry; I was once trapped and somehow by panicking and shooting my valiance, I was able to escape.
I knew it. Something has happened to draagnel.
I like you now.
The best way out imo is to use the shield button rapidly like told before.
This thing works in other cases pretty good, too: if you got a clustered wall of zombies, you can just walk straight through the crowd by pressing rapidely the shield button - the zombies will fly away and give you enough space.
Otherwise it is criticly to try the same thing with a permanently activated shield: Only the rising of your shield bumbs enemies away. Once. And if you keep it activated, it gets damaged and breaks and then you have a 8 secound gap to bridge (a long shieldless time).
My recommendation: Shield bump rapidely, value evade over letting your shield absorb something, and never let your shield break.
Stun Vials don't have knockback anymore. Or did they change it, again?
On the other hand, the inconsistent knockback of a Pulsar would ONLY be useful for escaping a corner Trojan.
Bring a teammate who will help you.
Otherwise, pray.
When you're in a corner start spamming with your sword on the left or right of him. If you don't have one tough luck...
Should not light Ray, quills, and fireball also work in this situation?
Stop attacking it and let the tank pull it off you.
Oh wait, I forgot I'm the only person in this game who plays tank.
+1 Blazzberry
I used my Blitz's charge and escaped certain death.
Using a freeze vial will only make him stay in one place.
And he's turned at you.

So now there's made up classes now?
classes have always been there, but nobody uses them. you can go supporting someone with an antigua line if you want, that gun seems made for that.
No one actually fills class roles, because you can just kill everything with brandishes and laugh.
Use a barrier. Right now, they're a bit glitched, because if you hug a Trojan's shield, the barrier will go right through it! (Keep in mind that I'm talking about items; Drakon's barrier doesn't cut it.)
Also, the item barriers have a tendency to hit the shield instead if you are attacking them from behind. Tricky!
Oh, and shield bumping works too.
"I used my Blitz's charge and escaped certain death."
LIAR?!
"No one actually fills class roles, because you can just kill everything with brandishes and laugh."
/yes Klipik
I've recently come to realize that I'm actually a Specialist. I'm not really sure as to whether or not that is good or bad.
i take all the trojans and push them somewhere else

Pretty much: that way if you fail at something you only have yourself to blame.
So now there's made up classes now?
So now if an RPG game with Aggro, AoE and Defense mechanics doesn't explicitly name the class trinity, the roles don't exist?
Well...
If you...
Have a Maskeraith...
(IMO the best sprite)...
You can just turn invisible...
Which is extremely underrated and many people think it's useless....
