Hey I have been seeing players sell these and I don't get it... Wouldnt you just spend the same money on punch?

I thought UV tickets from Forge boxes were bound.

They're selling it from when they got them for free during the event where every hour 50 people got mailed random stuff. UV tickets were one of the prizes.

When the shardpocalypse occurred, everyone got a 1-UV ticket for every 2* Shard Bomb they had, a 2-UV ticket for every 3* Shard Bomb, and a 3-UV ticket for every 4* Shard Bomb. Sadly, OOO announced this before it happened and thus, people abused it by crafting lots of 2* Shard Bomb, effectively turning 50 CE into an item worth almost 20k. I believe this had an effect on the ticket market but it has probably faded by now.
I believe you get tickets from forge boxes, and it works like this:
If the person who got the ticket doesnt want to roll, they sell it. They have to sell it for less that punch's prices in order to get a sale.
Buyer buys it, and they get a UV roll less that punch wouodve charged.
All about saving a measly 2-10k in most cases tbh, but every penny counts I guess.
