The gunner update will be released 'when it is ready'.
So no definite dates but there were new rose sets and horse armor costumes released, if that's relevant.
You are mistaken, gamecyber bought publishing rights to SK a long time ago, and they created their own servers in Taiwan and Hong Kong to cater to the rising Asian MMOG trend. Otherwise nothing much except awaiting gunner update.
