Favorable - Blast bomb spam near the gates.

If not - Any other Weapons with a strong knockback spam (Polaris-Supernova-DA charge-ect)

Just wondering

Why do the Polaris(?) line shot look kinda bluish? And how did the Void Zombie Lunge twice in a row at 1:00?

First off, most damage in the unknown passage is normal. Bring ancient plate mail.

Secondly, big angry bomb/nitronome are extremely valuable there, as is argent peacemaker, which is good navigating as well as killing the lumbers and slimes that are weak to elemental damage there. Use bomb CTR perks, and perhaps chaos/demo gear with your ancient plate set. Swiftstrike or omega shell are recommended.

Thirdly, know exactly where you'll be going and go there when the time comes.

Fourthly, survive the arena waves by crowding towards the exit gate and spamming blast bombs.

anything with a strong knockback
I personally, do not own either Polaris/SuperNova, but I'm assuming it would be helpful.
When I venture out and do SLs we usually just spam the blast bombs under our Sera's auras.

**All of my SL runs has been with Fangel and it's continued to work out well.

Mine's only four star, too

Blast bombs will be your friend. If you have everyone pushing all the enemies back, they won't be a problem.

And as Ceecee said, using sprites is useful. Auras and light rays, firebolts, even hexing haze might help.

For me...

Slime's spike is the most annoying attack since it's the most randomized attack there, I always kill them first or trying to flinch it always. Second most annoying is gremlins because of their walking speed. Based on your video, your attack pattern is lack of flinching (doing charge or final swing but also need some damage bonus), because you mainly just do some regular attack or AP-ing. I rather bring acheron than glacius, Acheron is good for everything except zombie, but zombie is hell easy to avoid. But you don't have acheron >__> so uh I don't know. Gran Faust?

Also, when you are circling monsters, you are doing stop and reverse too quick. The turret bullets/wolver's bite that you avoided before, hit you because you just get back to same exact position 1 seconds ago. I think you better doing walking in big circle more instead of back and forth in circling. Shooting AP bullets also makes you harder to notice your surroundings and delayed shield response.

Also, more glacius charge, but you gotta get near to get optimized damage. Initial swing charge attack is where the power at. Less pew-pewing AP. Also once you are good at looking surroundings (which attack you can avoid by walking around), less shield-ing.
You don't want to have reload animation on guns either, take a break after shooting second last bullet to avoid reloading.
If you want a chipping damage, first swing -> shield cancel glacius (without knock backing) enemies is better than AP bullets.
Use dash more, Dash could also nullify turret's bullets, I always do it when I feel lazy trying to avoid them.

Electron vortex is great if you get good timing for those monsters, btw.
pfft... polaris >__>

@Mystrian
The zombie is not lunging twice. Someone push it with flourish charge that it may seems doing that.

Short silly summary,
How to get through quickly? Kill faster.

Here's a fun glitch

Hopefully this doesn't count as an exploit.

Get a maskeraith with shadow cloak.
Activate shadow cloak.
Unequip maskeraith.
Re-equip maskeraith.
Wait until cloak has almost run out, activate it again.
Repeat forever, because nothing in the UP is based on you attacking ever. You can just dodge and hide, and win.

Thought you have to kill certain amount of monsters to open the gate, no?

While you're at this silly glitch, combine it with drakon's flame barrier. You hide and troll fire every monsters >__>

No, all the triggers are timed I believe.

Yes the triggers are timed. When I got my snarby set we all just died and he who had a maskeraith just used your method to wait around for the gates to open while the monsters played cards or something.
