I cant seem to find any shining fire crystals, can anyone tell me where to get them. Or if you dont need your can you mail them to me in game? Some people dont craft anymore so if that`s you and you willing to give me some mail me. Duct-Tape-Man And if you know where I can get them please mail me.

D17 also has about a 50-50 chance to drop shining or glowing.

Read the wiki page "Rarity", to learn about rarities like this.
People will not be able to give you most of their Shining Fire Crystals, because they are bound when you find them in the Clockworks.

Everywhere in tier 3 and rarely at depth 16 or 17, whichever is one depth above the emberlight.

Believe me, they are very common
Tier 3 consists almost purely of shining fire crystals. The last few depths of tier 2 will drop a few as well.
If I could give you any of my six thousand shining fire crystals I would, but they're all bound. I'm pretty sure a lot of people would trade you crystals if they could.

Follow people to T3
Ask, then join people in Tier 3, preferably on elite. As long as you do something, you should be fine.
T3 only.(Or more specifically, Stratum 5, Depths19-22)
They're everywhere.
